Ordering & Payment

• Order Placement: Orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance.

• Payment: Upto 50% payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

• Pricing: All prices are in INR.

Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery Areas: We deliver within Pune city limits. Delivery charges apply based on location.

• Pickup: Orders can be picked up from our Kharadi studio during business hours.

• Timings: Delivery and pickup times will be confirmed at the time of order.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: Orders canceled 42  hours before the delivery/pickup time are eligible for a full percent refund.

• Refunds: No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Customization: We strive to match designs as requested, but slight variations may occur.
